As an experienced Recruiter, you will support our Corporate recruitment efforts. This dynamic role involves full-cycle recruitment, close collaboration with the various departments and leaders, and a key member of the Human Resources Team. As the seasoned Digital Manufacturing Leader, you will direct focused, innovation-driven factory digitalization initiatives. You will lead a team in executing organizational change management and digital transformation activities, including digitalizing process engineering, OT Automation, Industry 4.0, and Smart Manufacturing efforts.

As the Dispatcher, you will be responsible for optimization of trucking assets, maintaining wellsite inventory, and customer/vendor communications. This role is based onsite at our office in Austin, TX. $20/hour This role is 12-hour shift that includes 2 weekends per month with overtime and generous time off. Rotation every 3 weeks between day (6 am - 6 pm) and night (6 pm- 6 am).
