As the Senior Compensation Analyst, you will directly report to the VP of Total Rewards, spearheading the leadership of our dynamic compensation programs. You will lead the design, administration, and delivery of these programs, ensuring they align seamlessly with our organizational goals.
As an experienced Recruiter, you will support our Corporate recruitment efforts. This dynamic role involves full-cycle recruitment, close collaboration with the various departments and leaders, and a key member of the Human Resources Team. You will play a vital role in shaping our workforce and driving the culture at Atlas, making this a high-impact and essential position within our organization.
