Manage the entire recruitment process from candidate engagement to onboarding.
Identify and attract candidates through referrals, job fairs, databases, social media, and other channels.
Develop and update job descriptions and specifications.
Attend job fairs and recruitment events and relationships with colleges, trade schools, community events, and the frac sand industry.
Evaluate applicants’ knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes through technical, competency, and cultural fit interviews
Partner with managers to assess candidate skills and enhance interview effectiveness.
Lead and facilitate calibration sessions to ensure consistency in interviews.
Facilitate onboarding to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the company
Adopt Best HR Practices: Implement and monitor leading recruiting practices.
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, particularly in manufacturing or Oil & Gas
Experience with Lever or Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
