The ConocoPhillips’ Human Resources New Hire Program includes an exciting job assignment, a company and HR orientation, field trips, social activities, weekly seminars, and opportunities to meet upper management. You will be assigned a supervisor who will provide formal/informal feedback along with mentorship throughout your early career. You will also be assigned a mentor to help support your personal and professional growth.
Assignments will be at one of our sites located in Bartlesville, Oklahoma or Houston, Texas or Midland, Texas.

- HR Business Partner role supporting various lines of businesses
- Talent Management (recruiting or talent development)

- Additional projects spanning different HR functions
Basic/Required:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer and/or education institution
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Human Resources Management, Human Resources & Industrial Relations or related field or foreign equivalent
- Expected graduation date: Fall 2024 through Spring/Fall 2025
Preferred:
- Willing to work in either of these locations: Bartlesville, OK, Houston or Midland, TX
- A minimum cumulative and major GPA of 3.25 on a 4.0 scale
- Proficient in Microsoft office products
- Demonstrates taking ownership of actions and follows through on commitments by courageously dealing with important problems, holding others accountable and standing up for what is right.
- Ability to take an active role in acquiring, developing, and retaining a hard-working, highly engaged team.
- Demonstrate an understanding of how key financial and quantitative indicators impact the business.
