Essential Criteria:
10 years of experience minimum as Tool Pusher
Valid IWCF
Advanced level of English language
Main duties and responsibilities:
Support rig crew and HSE engineers in planning operations in line with Oil Field best practices, with strong focus on safety procedures (PTW - JSA/JRA - TBT)
Assist in Hazard identification and deployment of suitable mitigation actions
Supervise rig crew during job execution (routine and non-routine), improving personnel safety awareness, applying and empowering Stop Work Authority at all levels
Perform post-job reviews with rig crew, to highlight areas of improvement
Apply Stop Work Authority immediately if in doubt regarding safety of all the people and/or equipment
Investigate and report unscheduled events, identifying root causes and ensuring application and remedial actions
Follow company's safety management system procedures and instructions, supporting full field implementation and highlighting areas of improvement
Oversee the performance of drilling crew components, by checking on the progress of work and give guidance to crew in accomplishing planned work
Assisting in the training of drilling crew, by ensuring that crew personnel development plan is practiced
Assist in evolution of drilling crew, by performing evaluation of crew members. Supply feedback on daily basis to crew
Assist in the direct application of preventive and planned maintenance programs for rig equipment (CAT-III, CAT-IV and OEM requirements), with special focus on drilling and lifting gears
Periodically inspect and control assets status and working condition, establishing and keeping updated status records
Manage and control warehouse stock and stock levels, with special focus on critical spare parts and Personal Protective Equipment
Be personally engaged on Health, Safety and environment matter and comply with: the Egyptian legislation, Rig Contractor and Petrobel procedures, and international best practices
